About Kathy Clarady...

I am a lifelong resident of Michigan, with a family history that is rich in education. I earned my Bachelor of Science and Master’s Degrees at Central Michigan University-- employing them to serve students and school communities throughout northern Michigan as an educator, school administrator, teacher trainer and consultant, and as a guidance counselor. I celebrate spending time with family and friends, all occasions and opportunities outdoors (particularly in, on, and around water!), and enjoy exploring my creative interests with a variety of handicrafts. 

I believe that my educational preparation, diverse professional experiences, and unique personal interests have prepared me as a capable and competent Transfer Specialist. To that end I will effectively empower students in the transfer process to Lake Superior State University to pursue relevant coursework in preparation for their career pathway.
