About Trisha Wells...

Trisha works primarily with students from Northern Ontario, but thoroughly enjoys helping every student she meets realize their goal of pursuing higher education.  Her responsibilities include coordinating all group tours of campus, as well as training and coordinating student tour guides and tele-counselors to ensure that you have the best possible experience when visiting or speaking with the LSSU student staff!  She strongly believes in the “personal approach” to education, and is passionate about Lake State’s commitment to such excellence.

Originally from Southern Indiana, Trisha has loved settling into her new surroundings in the U.P.  You can often hear her saying, “I feel like I’m on a permanent vacation” when asked about her thoughts on the campus, community, and landscape! 

Trisha received a Bachelor of Music Degree in Vocal Performance from DePauw University in 2006, and has parlayed her training into an active involvement in the music and performing arts community here in Sault Ste. Marie.  If you’re a musician or lover of music, talk to Trisha!!
