Podcasting is the method of distributing multimedia files, such as audio programs or music videos, over the Internet for playback on mobile devices and personal computers. The distribution format of a podcast uses RSS syndication format. |

We have extracted the audio from our DVD and made it available for download to your mp3 player or iPod. For those with video capability via their portable music device (iPod), we have provided mp4 video files from the DVD.

How to Subscribe to our Podcast Using iTunes
Once iTunes is installed, open iTunes and follow the instructions shown in the links below:
Note: You will still need to transfer the audio or video file to your iPod (mp3 player) using your preferred method. By default, when you connect an iPod, iPod nano, or iPod mini to your computer, iTunes automatically copies the songs and playlists in your iTunes LIBRARY to your iPod, and deletes songs from your iPod that aren't in your library.
