Use the following as a checklist:
1)	Application You can apply to online or use our printable application (PDF). We can also mail you an application, call 1-888-800-LSSU or e-mail us if you want us to mail you an application. Print application is in Adobe PDF format - Download the Acrobat Reader free
2)	Application Fee If you have previously paid an application fee, you do not need to pay it again in order to readmit.
3)	Transcripts If you have attended another college or univeristy since you last applied or attended LSSU classes, you must have official transcripts sent directly from the other institution(s) to LSSU Admissions Office.
4)	All application materials should be mailed to: Office of Admissions 650 W. Easterday Ave. Sault Ste. Marie, MI 49783
