Management provides a broad background in business by presenting courses covering the functional areas of business. Students are prepared for leadership positions in businesses and non-profit organizations. Management is concerned with human behavior. Managers design effective organization structures; make effective decisions; communicate with, lead and motivate personnel; and develop abilities and talents.
