Probation/Parole Officer, who manages caseloads of offenders; assures that requirements of probation are followed; and helps clients make the transition back to society.
Corrections Officer, who works in secure correctional facilities; performs custodial services; acts as a residential unit manager; and assists prisoners in their transition back to society.
