"The Exercise Science program at LSSU definitely prepared me for a career in the clinical field. The background experiences that I attained from my placements and internships helped me spearhead the development of a cardiac rehab program in Sault Ste Maire, ON. I feel that my degree at LSSU paved the way for my career today."

See these magnificent creatures in the panthers' wild home in the Florida Everglades and the cheetahs' natural surroundings on the plains of East Africa. The habitats of both cats are disappearing quickly as man invades. Spectacular film footage of the panther and cheetah portrays their awesome powers and reveals the limitations of ours. "Lake Superior State is the only robotics program of its kind in the country. I can work up any research or senior project idea with a professor or my advisor. I studied for a year in Japan through LSSU's connection with the Japan Center for Michigan Universities, and became fluent in Japanese. A Japanese company called Fanuc makes most of the robots in our lab. I'd like to roll my senior research project into a career with Fanuc that bridges the two countries and cultures."
