DEATH OF NANCY CRUZAN
Tells the powerful, intimate, eight-year saga of an ordinary family who
confronted the tragedy of their daughter's near-fatal automobile accident,
the discovery that Nancy would never recover from her brain-damaged
"persistent vegetative state," the agonizing decision to remove Nancy from
life support, the three-and-a-half year legal battle with the State of
Missouri to win the right to let their daughter die, and finally, the
reality of letting Nancy go.
Brittany likes getting to see the improvement a person can make, and knowing that what she instructed them to do was beneficial to them.
