Ariel Kelly, a Park and Recreation graduate who is a park ranger at Yosemite National Park, was interviewed as part of a program feature that highlights beautiful places in America.
Tensions are inherent in the juxtaposition of three heritages. This program
explores ways in which conflicts have contributed to the setting of
boundaries, urbanization, the warrior tradition of indigenous Africa, the
Jihad tradition of Islam, modern guerrilla warfare, and the nationalist
movement.
