IMPAIRED NURSING PRACTICE: ASSESSMENT AND INTERVENTION
This discussion explores the incidence and implications of impaired nursing
practice. Ethical and legal aspects of impaired practicing are reviewed,
and a variety of strategies for addressing impairment through planned
intervention actions are presented.
