Effective leaders are those who can and do change their management styles to
meet new challenges--every day, for every situation. This case study
focusing on Matt Diggs, president of the rust-belt industrial Copeland
Company, provides analysis of what qualities define a manager with impact.
Throughout the work day, various meetings with department heads and support
staff exemplify how effective management is achieved (at all levels) by task
analysis, objective recognition and choice of the correct approach--the most
suitable management style--to attain the goal.

My favorite thing about LSSU is the diversity of people you can find, despite the fact that it's a small campus! [ more ]
