Rental Reservations: NON-UNIVERSITY USE OF EQUIPMENT

Organizations, clubs, or individuals may rent AV equipment for non-University functions provided the equipment is available. This includes all use of equipment on campus for non university events.

Please call or complete our online equipment request form to make an equipment reservation for rental equipment. All reservations should be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
