Steering Committee

The Steering Committee will be responsible for guiding the implementation from an institutional point of view. This will include making appropriate policy decisions when needed and expediting decisions.

As issues that need escalation are identified by the Project Team, the issues along with recommendations will be presented to the Steering Committee for resolution. Issues that particularly involve change to institutional policy will be managed at this level.
