44th-Annual Induction Ceremony for Alpha Chi Honors Society

Description: Lake Superior State University upperclassmen are going to be inducted into Alpha Chi, a national college honor society that recognizes students for their scholarship. To meet the honor society requirements, these students represent the top 10% of the junior and senior classes. LSSU opened its chapter of Alpha Chi in 1973. Students of all academic disciplines are eligible for membership. During the ceremony, students recite the honor society's motto, "Ye shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free."

Description: Please join us for SNAPSHOTS: Images and Stories About Important, Fantastic, and Other Things on April 6, 7 and 8 at 7:00 PM in the Black Box Theatre of the Arts Center. Featuring Alex Czarnecki, Eric Fleming, Nikayla Kirkwood, and Michaela Titus. SNAPSHOTS offers solo and group performances of poetry, short stories and monologues by classic and contemporary writers. Some selections contain strong language and adult situations. Admission is a non-perishable food item which will be donated to Seamore’s Food Pantry for LSSU students. Being a Black Box Theatre production, there is limited seating. Please come and join us for a unique evening and for our final Theatre production of the 2016-17 academic year
