Graduation Application If you are planning to graduate you must complete a Graduation Application. For more information please visit www.lssu.edu/registrar/graduation.php
Graduate Press Release Print and complete this form to submit to your local newspaper or radio stations announcing your Graduation!
Receiving More Than One Degree Complete this form if you are receiving more than one degree and would like extra diploma covers.
Request Not to Attend Commencement Ceremony If you are not attending Commencement Ceremony, complete this form and bring it to the Registrar's Office to pick up a diploma cover.
