Counseling Services On-Line Mental Health Screenings

Just as physical health is important, so is good mental health.

The following are a variety of on-line mental health self-screenings that allow you to assess yourself in many areas of your mental health. Receive feedback about your mood, anxiety, eating habits, alcohol/drug use and more.

The mental health screenings are educational initiatives and all screenings are informational, not diagnostic and treatment recommendations are not provided. These resources are not designed as a substitute for personal counseling and this information is not intended to replace the advice of a health care professional.

LSSU faculty and staff will not see the results of your screenings. However, please be sure to read carefully the privacy policies and disclaimers for each individual site as each is responsible for their own privacy and confidentiality.

*Note: If yo have any questions or the results of the online screening suggest further assessment by a professional, either for you or a friend, please consider consulting with one of our counselors. Counseling Services is located in the lower level of the KJ Shouldice Library, room 119A and can be reached via phone, 906 635-2752 or email, dpietrangelo@lssu.edu.
