CS 101 Spreadsheet Lab #4

     Using the data stored in your last lab, produce the
following charts:

     Create a bar chart to compare the grand totals for each item
(supplies, equipment, miscellaneous) with the departments
(Biology, Chemistry, Physics).

     Create a pie chart and compare the total expenditures for
each of the departments. 

     Properly mark each chart and include appropriate sub-
headings.

     Copy each chart into a single memo and explain (in detail)
what each chart represents.

     Copy the summary data from the spreadsheet into the memo and
properly explain the data.
