This course covers principles of operating a freshwater aquaculture program.  This includes water quality needs and monitoring, fish feeding and nutrition, fish development and rearing, fish disease diagnosis and treatment, brookstock management, purposes and examples of aquaculture systems, and the ecological and social aspects of aquaculture.
