OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY

Participation in the occupational health and safety program is required of all persons having ten (10) or more hours per week of contact with vertebrate species.  Eligible personnel will be identified by Principal Investigators at the time of proposal submission.  The health program consists of a medical questionnaire including a history of allergic reactions and immunizations, as recommended, against tetanus and rabies.  This program will be coordinated by the University Health Care Center.
