To remove financial aid suspension status, a student must have attained the minimum cumulative grade point average and credits earned requirements while not receiving financial aid processed through the University. Successful students must then advise the Financial Aid Office to have their status reviewed.
Students also have the right to appeal if they have extenuating circumstances (see link below).
Students may be eligible for an alternative loan during the time that their other aid is suspended. The Financial Aid Director reviews alternative loans for suspended students on an individual bases one semester at a time (see Alternative Loan Link below).
Note: Semester hours include transfer credit hours.
