Scholarships for Out-of-State and Foreign Freshman

Scholarship	Value	Criteria
Board of Trustees US & Foreign Distinguished Scholarship	$2000 per year tuition $2000 per year housing	Renewable up to four years. Based on GPA and ACT (GPA 3.7 and ACT 28 minimum).
Board of Trustees US & Foreign Academic Scholarship	$1000 per year tuition $1000 per year housing	Renewable up to four years. Based on GPA and ACT (GPA 3.5 and ACT 26 minimum).
Laker USA Scholarship	Difference between in-state and out-of-state tuition - currently $4,926.	Renewable up to four years for U.S. students scoring 24 or higher on ACT or a 3.0 GPA, or who graduate in the top 20% of their graduating class. May combine with other LSSU scholarships.
