Ways of Giving to LSSU
People, companies, organizations, and foundations support Lake Superior State University in a variety of ways through the LSSU Foundation. Note: there are Special Benefits for Giving in Michigan.
Some of the most common ways to make a contribution to LSSU are:
Online Giving
Visit our online giving form to make an immediate gift on our secure server. We accept Discover, MasterCard, or VISA
By Phone
Just call 1-906-635-2665. You may use your MasterCard, Visa, or Discover over the phone during regular business hours.
EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)
Give a gift to LSSU without writing a check or having to mail it in! Your gift can be automatically deducted on a monthly basis from your checking or savings account no matter where you bank. Your authorization to automatically charge your account has the same effect as a personally signed check to the LSSU Foundation. It will allow your financial institution to deduct your gift amount on the first or tenth day of each month. Click here to download an EFT form
Matching Gifts
You can double or even triple your gift to Lake Superior State University! Thousands of employers sponsor matching gift programs and will match charitable contributions made by their employees, employee's family members, retired employees and board members. By Mail
Send your gift by check made payable to the LSSU Foundation. Please note your designation on the memo line of your check or on a separate piece of paper noting the purpose of the gift or just complete, a gift/pledge form (PDF) to send with your contribution.
