Written commitment to support the University

A written pledge agreement gives you the opportunity to make a substantial gift to the University and spread your gift over a set period of time to a designated program, endowment, campaign you would like to support. The pledge agreement states your intention to contribute a specific amount over a time frame that you can afford.

You may use this form or simply write a letter stating your intent to contribute. In the letter please provide the following information:

• donor's name
• address
• telephone number
• e-mail address
• program, scholarship, or campaign you would like to support
• gift amount
• payment timeframe

Pledge reminders will be sent to you on a regular basis to remind you of your gift intent.
