Highlights
This complex is comprised of Moloney and Neveu Halls containing co-ed by unit apartments. The apartments house single students who have been out of high school for more than 27 months. A premium is charged for all one-bedroom residents.

Rooms
Nevue contains one-bedroom apartments available for single or double occupancy. Moloney Hall has one, two, and three-bedroom units that hold up to six students.
Visitation
- 24-hour visitation is permitted among residents within their own apartment
- 24-hour visitation is permitted among nonresident guests within a limited length of stay.
Staff
The apartments are staffed by two Community Advisors (CAs). The staff's main goals are to provide the residents with valuable information, create a positive community through educational programming, maintain a safe and high-quality living environment and serve as a resource whenever a student has a question or concern. The Area Coordinator (AC) office is located in Brady Hall 126. |
