Scheduling Classes in the Computing Classlabs
IT Classroom Labs are located in South Hall 201 and
Norris Center 214.
CASET 303 requests should be made to Evan
Schemm of the MACS department.
Computerized classroom and laboratories are assigned through the Registrar's office.
Please contact the registrar's office (ext. 2365) to schedule an appropriate computerized classroom or laboratory.
Please note that the public laboratory in Library 211 is not available for classroom use. Public laboratories are not designed or configured to be used for that purpose.
Requesting Software and Hardware for the Fall Term
Requests for software and hardware for the Fall Term should be given to Information Technology in the previous Spring Term. The deadline is the last day of classes of the previous Spring Term.
Requesting Software and Hardware for the Spring Term
Requests for software and hardware for the Spring Term should be given to Information Technology in the previous Fall Term. The deadline is the end of Thanksgiving Break.
Requesting Software and Hardware for the Summer Terms
Requests for software and hardware for the Summer Terms should be given to Information Technology in the previous Spring Term. The deadline is the end of Spring Break.
How to Submit Requests
To request a room, contact the registrar as indicated above, then fill out this form online (you can check your submissions by clicking here), or print it, fill it out and send it to the IT Office, attn: Andrew Radford, via Interoffice Mail. Information Technology will send a reminder to all faculty via email well before the deadlines of each term. Licensing information must be supplied to IT before software can be installed. Send a copy of your licensing information and purchase documentation to Andrew Radford via Campus Mail.
Failure to meet the deadlines or provide licensing information may mean that your needs cannot be accommodated.
