LSSU’s annual celebration to welcome new and returning students to the campus and the surrounding communities!  Lakerpalooza offers a carnival like atmosphere for student organizations, campus departments, area businesses, and non-profit groups to showcase all the benefits that they have to offer LSSU students!

Students

Here is your chance to get to know more about local businesses and campus groups/departments. The event is free, just show up and have fun!

Businesses  / Groups

  • Recruit volunteers
  • Engage new members
  • Find new employees
  • Share all the benefits that you offer to LSSU students
  • There is no fee for vendors to participate

Non-profits and service organizations can identify students interested in volunteering within their organizations. LSSU students wants to make a difference in the community and this your opportunity to meet them.  Many Students may also take advantage of the services you offer to the area.

Businesses can promote products and services to the entire LSSU student community.  If you need to hire staff, bring copies of your employment applications.  Lakerpalooza is not only a great opportunity to meet potential employees but to share with LSSU students all the services and products that you have to offer.

Note

Sorry, you cannot sell any product or services, but you can certainly bring giveaways, coupons, discount offers, samples, informational fliers or provide a sign-up sheet for those interested in your products and/or services.

Churches can take advantage of the opportunity to reach out to students as they settle into their home-away-from-home to provide information about your services and your congregation.
