Instructors:

Please use this form to recommend students to the Learning Center’s Writing Lab for assistance. Students may set up an appointment or simply drop-in during the Writing Lab hours to see one of our writing consultants. Simply give the student this completed form and have him/her bring this form with the writing assignment to the Learning Center Writing Lab, located in KJS Library 113.
