The Superior Swingers began their
existence in c. 2000, when former LSSU student Ben Wilcox founded the organization.
After some interesting phone calls, the group changed its name to Superior Swing
Dance Club.

Membership is open to any LSSU student or community member and is $5 per semester. Dues go toward new music, replacing broken equipment, travel expenses to events, and toward events that the organization hosts. Membership gains you discounts to all events in which we participate, voting rights, and access to all available resources of the club. Did we mention the fun, good music and great friends you make!?!
