POLICY:

The University will provide eligible employees with a fringe benefits program in accordance with provisions of negotiated union contracts or employment classification. These fringe benefits are described in the following procedures.

Wellness Program
Health Insurance
Dental Insurance
Vision Care Insurance
Life Insurance
Long-Term Disability Insurance
Tuition Fee Refund
Dependent Tuition Refund
Holidays
Sick Leave/Funeral Leave
Vacation
Travel Accident Insurance
Section 125

If at any time there is conflict between the description in these procedures and what is stated in either Union contract, the contract language will prevail for these subject to contract conditions.
