POLICY:
College employees are expected to fulfill their assignments efficiently to
the best of their ability, and to conduct themselves on College time and premises
in a manner that promotes the safety and welfare of students, visitors and
all employees, to encourage congenial work habits, and to protect College and
personal property.
To promote these goals, the well-being of all on campus, and the efficient
operation of the institution, the College has established rules and regulations
for the conduct of employees, and guidelines for the administering of discipline
when employee conduct interferes with the orderly operation of the College.
