Any Educational Support Personnel (ESP) employee, eligible for longevity pay as outlined in the ESP Agreement, who transfers to a non-ESP University position, will be awarded a pro-rated longevity amount.

Such one-time prorated payment shall be based on the number of calendar months of full-time service credited to an employee from the preceding October first to the effective date of transfer. The longevity payment will be made at the same time that eligible ESP employees receive payment.
