Scholarships
Lambda Sigma Beta Scholarship
This scholarship was created by contributions from alumni of the School of Business and the Lambda Sigma Beta Fraternity spearheaded by Dr. Madan Saluja, professor of business at LSSU. This endowment is awarded to students who have attained junior or senior status in the business program, with a GPA of 3.0 or higher, and who have demonstrated campus/community leadership and dedication in working in the business profession.
Hantz Award
The named annual award is established by the Hantz Group, a full service financial holding company with an office in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, and corporate headquarters in Southfield, Michigan. The award is open to any business degree program student who has reached his or her junior year (88 credits) in good academic standing. Candidates must demonstrate campus or community leadership and/or represent Lake Superior State University in any Division I or Division II athletic program.The scholarship recipient is selected by a committee composed of School of Business faculty and a member of the Hantz Group.
