Registrar's Office - Graduation

Graduation Procedures:

• Meet with your advisor and complete your Official Degree Audit. Have your advisor AND the Chair of the department sign the degree audit for your major and any minors.
• If you have courses that are being waived, or you are being allowed substitutions, please also have your advisor complete the appropriate Substitution and Waiver Forms, signed by the department chair and the Dean. If you are in a teaching major, the Director of Education will also need to sign the form.
• Complete a Graduation Application. If you are planning to graduate with more than one degree, complete a Graduation Application for each degree.
• Submit both the Graduation Application and the Official Degree Audit to the Registrar’s Office by the date indicated on the Graduation Application.
• The Registrar’s Office will send you a Verification of Degree Audit Form letting you know what requirements are still needed to fulfill to earn your degree.
