On the other hand, for Mark Jastorff this is the fourth time in SAILS eight year existance that Jastorff has received this honor. SAILS was also nominated for two more awards, including SAILS President Jen Drogowski for Outstanding Student Leader, and Great Lakes State Week (GLSW) for Outstanding Program of the Year.
SAILS has received nine awards for programming, student and advisor leadership since 1998 including Outstanding Program of the Year for their work with Great Lake State Week. SAILS works closely with the LSSU Alumni Office, the President's Office, Admissions and the Foundation in promoting the University. They sponsor and host more than 40 special events and programs at Lake State.
