Student Password Reset Information

My.LSSU

Students who need to reset their My.LSSU password must bring a picture ID with them to the Student Service Counter (Fletcher Center) or to the IT Help Desk (Administration Building). For more information call the Student Service Counter at 906-635-2682.

Voicemail

Students who need to reset their voicemail password can contact the IT Help Desk by calling 906-635-6677 or email helpdesk@lssu.edu. A new password will be sent to the student's My.LSSU email account.
