Scheduling of Tests
Welcome to the 2008-2009 academic year. We are entering our fourth year of offering testing services to students and makeup testing for faculty. The Testing Services Office is located in the lower level of the Library across from the Learning Center in Room 127.
Students who receive accommodations will be testing this year with the Disabilities Office.
How to Schedule a Test
Tests can be scheduled either in person, by telephone or online.

Monday through Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

- Online
- You may schedule on-line through Service Buzz. Please click on the “Schedule an Appointment” icon and complete all information. An e-mail will be automatically sent to your instructor at the time you schedule your on-line appointment. You must speak with the instructor prior to scheduling. Please remember to make your appointment a minimum of two school days in advance of your test date.

Requirements
When scheduling a test, please be prepared to provide the following information:
- Your first and last name
- A telephone or extension number where you can be reached
- The date and time you wish to take the test.
- The name and e-mail address of the professor
- The course number (i.e., ENGL 110)
- The test or quiz number (i.e., Quiz #1)
- A picture ID is required to test.
Reminders
- At least two (2) full school days advance notice is required for scheduling tests.
- Students who elect to take their tests in the area provided by Testing Services will be required to sign an Informed Consent Form indicating that no unauthorized materials or information may be taken into or out of the testing area.
- Cell phones are not allowed with you while you are testing. If you do bring your cell phone into the Testing Room you will be asked to turn it off, leave it in your backpack or with staff.
