WorkKeys®
WorkKeys is a job skills assessment system that measures “real world skills” that employers believe are critical to job success. These skills are valuable for any occupation – skilled or professional- and at any level of education. The skills assessed by WorkKeys are criterion-referenced (i.e. either you have the skill or you don’t; there is no comparison against a norm).
WorkKeys tests can assess Foundational Skills or Personal Skills. Foundational skills assessments measure different applied job skills in the areas of: communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills.

Now, WorkKeys has added three personal skills assessments: Talent, Fit and Performance. These three tests are designed to predict job behavior and measure the full potential of individuals. The personal skills assessments are delivered on a web-based platform, providing secure access.
