Fletcher Center was build in 1936 to house the Fort Brady mules. When the fort was converted to a university in 1944 the stable was remodeled into a gymnasium which was used for sports events, dances, and other school functions. The building was used as a gymnasium until 1976 when the Norris Center was completed. Since then Fletcher has housed business offices, including Business Operations, Student Services, Financial Aid and the Registrar.
