Fletcher Center for Student Services

The Fletcher Center for Student Services was originally Fort Brady's and then Lake State's gym until the Norris Center was built in 1976. Today Fletcher houses LSSU's Student Services Center, including offices for Business Operations, Financial Aid, Registrar, and Scheduling. It is named for a University benefactor, H. Thayer Fletcher.

LSSU strives to assist students with funding for their educations. Approximately 75% of full-time students receive aid of some sort. LSSU offers scholarships ranging from $800 to $4,000 that are available to high school graduates and Michigan community college graduates. LSSU participates in most federal and state financial aid programs.
