CIVIL RIGHTS PRIMER – Philip Catanzano, an attorney with the Boston branch of the U.S. Civil Rights Office, fields questions in Lake Superior State University's Cisler Center on Sept. 25. The visit explored his office's functions and responsibilities, as well as how Federal civil rights laws relate to a person's race, gender, or disability.
