STIFF UPPER LIP – Lake Superior State University sophomore basketball guard Jorddan Myrick gets a painted face courtesy of two day-campers during the eighth-annual Lock-In Day at LSSU's Norris Center on Dec. 2. The annual event, sponsored by the LSSU Student Athletic Advisory Committee, offered activities like basketball, obstacle courses, and arts and crafts for 52 first- through eighth-grade kids. Registration proceeds raised around $500 to buy Christmas presents for area families. Myrick is a sport and recreation management major from Holland, Mich. (LSSU/Raven Trammell)
