Galley workshop feeds tummies and minds

KICKING IT UP – Lake Superior State University food services chef Will Storey kicks his stir-fry creation up a notch during an evening cooking class held in LSSU's Galley on Nov. 4. Looking on from the left is LSSU student Erica Smith, who coordinates Galley activities such as open microphone nights, games, live music and – once a week – cooking demos that students help prepare and eat.
