Information for Guidance Counselors
On the road to becoming a Laker…
As a high school guidance counselor, you play an integral role in helping students decide if higher education is right for them. We know that student enrollment keeps the University alive, but success of the students relies chiefly on the services awarded to them and the support they receive from family, friends, and University staff. For many students, the first step toward University success is a visit with their high school guidance counselor. This page is designed to offer you easy access to portions of the website that may be of particular interest; and also to help guide you through the services and facilities that are available at Lake Superior State University . We know that your role in the University selection process is invaluable, so we’re prepared to inform you—so that you can in turn pass the knowledge on to future Lakers!
