The major areas studied are: recruitment and selection, equal employment opportunity and affirmative action programs, training and development, career planning and performance appraisal, compensation and benefits, safety and health issues, employee and labor relations, including grievance handling, contract negotiation and remaining union-free as an organization. Prerequisite: Junior standing.
