Academic Affairs

The work of the Academic Affairs area, under the oversight of the Provost/Vice President for Academic Affairs, is to oversee a broad range of activities and programs supporting the educational goals of our students.

Provost Council

The Provost Council is comprised of the Provost, Deans, other staff members from Academic Affairs. The Council regularly reviews assessment data related to course and program outcomes, reviews and recommends action based on regular program review, and coordinates the comprehensive program review and prioritization. The Council’s leadership within Academic Affairs makes strategic decisions based on assessment data. The Council reviews and recommends on matters relating to academic affairs, and provides coordination between Schools and Colleges.
