Summer Camps (Superior Edventures)
SCIENCE CAMPS (FOR GRADES 2 – 6)
With the unsettled nature of the months ahead caused by the Coronavirus pandemic, the University has made the difficult decision to cancel 2020 LSSU Summer Camps. We are sorry to do this – we look forward to hosting our young Lakers every summer. Because we keep the safety and well-being of all Lakers at the forefront of our work, we believe this is the best action to take.
Many of you have entrusted your students to our camps in the past, for which we are grateful. We will get through this difficult time and resume these exciting programs. If you have questions, email deanofstudentaffairs@lssu.edu.

If your child or grandchild is interested in Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and/or Math, this STEAM day camp is for him/her! New this year, both the 2-3rd grade camp (STEAM Camp #1) and the 4th – 6th grade camp (STEAM Camp #2) will be held the same week to accommodate families’ summer schedules. This day camp is from 9am – 4pm with lunch included. Special dietary needs can be accommodated with prior notice. The itinerary shown is from Summer 2019 as a sample and will be updated closer to August. The last day will include a parent showcase of the campers’ projects, presentations, crafts and a slide show of the week. Space is limited to 24 campers per session.
For students entering 2nd & 3rd grade in Fall 2020 – Canceled
