Redefining the Classroom

WorkKeys® is a job skills assessment system that measures “real world skills” that employers believe are critical to job success. These skills are valuable for any occupation – skilled or professional - and at any level of education. The skills assessed by WorkKeys® are criterion-referenced (i.e. either you have the skill or you don’t; there is no comparison against a norm).

WorkKeys® tests can assess Foundational Skills or Soft Skills. Foundational Skills assessments measure different applied job skills in the areas of: communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills.

The Soft Skills assessments are designed to predict job behavior and measure the full potential of individuals.
