The School of Natural Resources invites you to join NMU professor, Dr. Jacquie Medina, as she shares her scholarship in narrative inquiry and outdoor recreation history in the Marquette area. Dr. Medina will discuss how stories offer insight into outdoor recreation development and human nature relationships. The collection and telling of stories can help to tend the internal and external landscapes of human nature relationships as well as extend outdoor recreation development beyond a human-centered design focus to a more life-centered design of outdoor spaces and experiences.
