LSSU Library Culinary Series: “Make it personal: Owning your college food experience”

Bruce WallisHave a heightened food experience while in school by raising your expectations and learning a few simple tricks and techniques. Bruce Wallis, Assistant Director of Food Service at The Leelanau School and food columnist for the Traverse City Record Eagle, will demonstrate how to prepare next-level, professional quality food using a few common food prep implements that you may  already have lying around your room.
