Campus Assessment Talks and Photo Review

Description: The Shared Governance Assessment Committee is hosting presentations today of two recent activities: the Targeted Assessment Projects and the Digital Photo Assessment Project. During 2012-2013, the Provost's Office set aside up to $9,000 to support the Targeted Assessment Project fund. This presentation will discuss the grant-funded activities from 2011-2012 in Athletic Training, Biology and Psychology. Digital Photo Assessment Project - This spring, 10% of all students, faculty and staff were randomly selected to submit photos and brief summaries of what they thought was either 'good' or 'bad' about campus. Over 100 photos were submitted and most were linked to items identified on the university strategic plan. This interesting presentation will review the photos submitted from across campus, and provide an assessment 'snapshot' of many aspects of the university culture, campus and programs.
